Stone Cottage  2008 – External Plaster stripped, new side extension with thatch, lime render, new sliding sash window, internal refurbishment and painting

Grouchos:

200 year old building, Damp proofing, slight underpinning and new internal wall layout, redirect of existing drainage

Grouchos:

Dwelling re-roofed using recycled slate where possible, trocla roofing and up-stands in terrace areas, with new lead dormer entrance to terrace, chimneys relined and stacks built back up. New entrance including one small and one large slider hardwood windows, larchwood panelling, trocal roofing, slate roof and external plastering, painting.

Grouchos:

Original Screen and Door with lead glass in dwelling front entrance hall, paint was stripped, wood treated, lead glass repaired as original and screen adjusted, repainted and refitted.

Grouchos:

Main original 200 year old, staircase was salvaged & restored, paint stripped, wood treated, broken spindles replaced like new and all redecorated by hand and refitted.  Original front porch and front hall tiles were lifted and relaid in  front hall and back entrance

Front and Back Garden works: New stonework, complete redesign of garden entrance including pavers, pebbles, new arch gateway and metal gate, front porch with hardwood roof lantern, sliding sash windows, external lighting, and other finishes included plastering, joinery, mechanical electrical, groundwork, flooring, fire doors, tiling, painting, and lift installation.

Tobermore:

2011 Refurbishment with complete new thatch roof, arched doorway, new chimney pots sliding sash windows, hardwood doors, Lime render   and painting of an old farm cottage including recycling  of existing materials
